Dr. Tommy Ling is Consultant in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Queen Mary Hospital. He specializes in adult congenital cardiothoracic surgery.

Dr. Ling received his surgical training at Queen Mary Hospital and Hong Kong Children's Hospital. After obtaining his Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2018, Dr. Ling subsequently specialized in paediatric and adult congenital heart surgery.

In 2023, Dr. Ling advanced his expertise through specialized paediatric cardiac surgery training at Soochow University under the guidance of Dr. Li Xin. His clinical interest remains in congenital heart disease, and he actively participates in the development and delivery of adult congenital heart services in Hong Kong.
