Dr. Serene Goh is a breast surgical oncologist specializing in oncoplastic and minimally invasive breast surgery at the National University Hospital, Singapore and researcher at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. With a strong interest in oncoplastic and minimally invasive breast surgery and a focus on advancing endoscopic techniques, she works to optimize both oncological safety and cosmetic outcomes for breast cancer patients.

Dr. Goh leads multi-center research evaluating endoscopic nipple-sparing mastectomy and develops competency-based training frameworks. She is actively involved in AI-enabled surgical innovations and breast cancer screening advancements. Dr. Goh also co-leads international teaching collaborations between Singapore and Hong Kong to bridge and to enhance surgical training standards. Her work integrates clinical innovation, surgical education, and health systems research to advance the field of breast surgical oncology.
