Dr. Raymond Ng earned his Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery from The University of Hong Kong in 1990, and went on to attain Fellowships from the College of Surgeons of Hong Kong and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1995, followed by Fellowship of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine in 1998, the American College of Surgeons in 2004, and the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery in 2011.

Dr. Ng’s clinical practice covers a broad spectrum including head and neck surgery, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, emergency services, and complex wound management. He is recognized as a pioneer in advanced surgical techniques such as microvascular free flap reconstruction and nasopharyngectomy for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).

Dr. Ng has also authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications focusing on head and neck reconstruction, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and microsurgical innovations. He has delivered more than 50 presentations at local and international conferences and has been frequently invited as a guest speaker for surgical courses, nursing programs, and public education initiatives.

In addition to his clinical and academic roles, Dr. Ng was Honorary Secretary of the Hong Kong Burn Society and the Hong Kong Head & Neck Society. He continues to contribute to the surgical community as a reviewer for several prestigious journals, an examiner for fellowship boards, and as a director of head and neck surgery training courses.​
