Dr. Dominic Chi Chung Foo is Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Colorectal Surgery of The University of Hong Kong. He is the chief of Colorectal Surgery Division at the University of Hong Kong and Queen Mary Hospital.

His main interest is minimally invasive colorectal surgery. He regularly performs robotic surgery and transanal TME for low rectal cancers.
